Get stronger, reduce risk, feel better

Current timetable

Cancer may change your life, but it doesn't have to define it. By working with a cancer exercise specialist like me, you can regain your strength, improve your overall health, and enhance your quality of life. With a personalised exercise programme, expert guidance, and unwavering support, you can overcome the challenges that treatment can throw at you and emerge stronger than ever. Take the first step towards a healthier, more active future today.

There are many, many reasons why getting stronger and being more active will help us get through and recover from cancer treatment. The biggest reason is that it helps reduce our risk of it coming back again. It's as simple as that.

More immediately though, it can help us feel much better, very quickly. It can brighten the mood, quieten the mind, re-energise an afternoon slump, and it can improve our sleep, appetite and ability to climb stairs. It can help us feel more like ourselves.

After a cancer diagnosis, things can get really tough.

Get your oomph back with me - I'm a cancer exercise specialist with more than 12 year's experience in helping people get stronger, more active and fitter, during and after treatment. I've worked with hundreds of cancer patients, all ages, all cancers, at all stages.

And I know what it's like - since establishing oomph personal training in 2013, I've had cancer too.
